This website is operated by Cushie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cushie. These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse our website, place an order, or purchase Cushie products through an official Cushie storefront.

1. Storefronts, markets and currency

Cushie may operate different storefronts for different markets, including Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Product availability, pricing, promotions, delivery options and taxes can vary by market.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout for the storefront or market selected, such as CAD for Canada, GBP for the United Kingdom and USD for the United States. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or duties will be shown where required before you complete checkout.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We may decline, cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price or product listing contains an obvious error, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

3. Products, availability and promotions

We work to keep product information, availability, pricing and promotions accurate, but errors can occur. Promotional offers may be limited by market, date, stock availability, product eligibility or other offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery options and estimated delivery windows depend on the delivery address, market and product availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, failed delivery attempts or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and the 60 Days Comfort Guarantee*

Eligible Cushie products may be covered by our 60 Days Comfort Guarantee*. To start a return, contact us first at hello@cushiehome.com with your order number. Do not send products back until our team confirms the return instructions for your order and market.

*Returns within 60 days are subject to a 20% processing fee plus applicable return shipping fee, deducted from the refund. Terms and conditions apply.

Refund timing depends on inspection of the returned item and the original payment provider. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country, province, territory or region.

6. Warranty

Cushie products may be covered by a limited warranty as described on our warranty page. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is valid in the market where the product was purchased and delivered, subject to the warranty terms and any mandatory consumer guarantees that apply by law.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or security features, copy content for commercial use without permission, or use the website in a way that breaches applicable law.

8. Account and contact information

You are responsible for keeping your account, delivery and contact details accurate. If your delivery details are incorrect, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cushie is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

10. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are intended to apply across the Cushie markets where we sell. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in your delivery country, province, territory or region. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our support team, it will be handled under the consumer protection and dispute-resolution rules that apply to your order and delivery location.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a later change is required by law.
