Cushie is designed to comfortably accommodate a variety of body sizes, including plus-size individuals. The cushions are crafted with high-quality materials to provide resilience and support. We prioritize inclusive comfort and conduct rigorous testing to ensure our sofa meets high standards of weight capacity and durability. You can confidently relax and enjoy the comfort our sofa offers, regardless of your body type. Nevertheless, for optimal sofa maintenance, we suggest limiting frequent usage to a maximum of 450 lbs.

Cushie’s mattress arrives compressed for convenient transportation and minimized packaging. Upon unpacking, kindly give the sofa mattress at least 72 hours to fully expand and regain its optimal shape and comfort.

We strive to deliver your Cushie sleeper sofa as quickly as possible. The exact delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location and stock availability. Typically, you can expect delivery within 2-6 business days of shipment.

Every Cushie comes with a 30-Day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

We encourage you to live with your Cushie. Sit on it, sleep on it, host guests, and see how it fits your space. If Cushie isn’t the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Returns under the 30-Day Comfort Guarantee are subject to a 20% processing fee* plus the shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

To help reduce waste, Cushie sofas are not typically sent back to our warehouse before a refund is processed.

Instead, we encourage our customers to reduce waste with us by donating the sofa where possible. Whenever available, Cushie sofas may be donated to charities, community groups, or families in need. In some locations, donation options may be limited, and our team will guide you through the best available next step.

To make sure your Cushie can continue bringing comfort to another home, returned sofas need to be in a clean, safe, and donatable condition.

This means the sofa should be free from significant damage, heavy stains, strong odors, pest exposure, or anything that would prevent it from being responsibly donated to someone else.

Once your return has been approved and the donation process has been completed or confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee plus the applicable delivery/shipping fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

If you choose to donate the sofa yourself and provide confirmation of the donation, the 20% processing fee will be waived.
