Whenever possible, we professionally clean and donate returned items to charities that support families in need. However, in some locations, donation options may be limited, and unfortunately, certain returns must be responsibly recycled or disposed of.

Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, returned goods should be without significant damage so that we can donate it to those in need.

Refunds are processed through Shopify and will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued to that card.
